Orchestrated Moves provides relocation and organizing services include sorting possessions, assisting with donations and dispersal of other belongings as clients wish. Our pricing is based on an hourly rate that reflects the number of staff needed for the move and the scope of services provided. Exact pricing will be provided after our initial, free consultation.

Before your move
Together we will make a timeline to help make your move simpler and less stressful and work with you sort, organize, and “rightsize” your belongings. We then work with you to design a floorplan to make sure your new home is arranged the way you want with safety and space-effectiveness in mind.
After that, we arrange for and coordinate a final clean out of your old home, which can include:
Coordinating donations
Recommending consignments
Assisting in dispersing your belongings to family members and friends
Or, arranging for bulk trash and recycling to pick up unwanted items
We can even prepare your home for show and sale, so you don't have to lift a finger.
And of course, we'll help arrange for a smooth transition for your pets—because they need one, too!

During your move
This is the most stressful part, so we'll coordinate with one of our trusted moving companies to ensure your belongings are moved with care. Our team will pack and unpack your possessions with care, and place them in their proper place in your new home. While this is going on, our executive team will walk through the finer details to help you settle into your new home.
Our special White Glove Service will ensure that your beds are made, your clothes are hung, and your kitchen is unpacked and functional all on day one.
